About me.

Hello, I'm Claire. I'm a qualified counsellor, trained in working with adults and young people.

I’m a counsellor with lived AuDHD experience, and I approach my work with warmth, empathy, and openness. I enjoy working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, meeting each person where they are.

I’m extremely passionate about helping people with their mental health and wellbeing. I know how important it is for someone who is struggling in life to feel heard, understood and accepted.

I came to counselling after working for several years in corporate marketing roles, which eventually led to burnout. Following a long-held passion, I decided to retrain as a therapeutic counsellor, marking the start of a deeply meaningful journey for me.

Counselling can help you make more sense of your life, gain control and make positive changes. It can be an empowering and life-changing experience for many (myself included!), and it's a profession that I consider a privilege to be a part of.
